Student Registration

New students

1.      The student submits bank slips with payment of at least administrative fee to the Bursar and receives a receipt.

2.      The student reports to the Admission and Registration office for registration and receives their registration cards. They are required to come with the following;

a)      Four coloured passport size photos

b)      Photocopy of admission letter

c)      Photocopy of the receipt


Categories of Admission

Students may be admitted to UPU under one of the following categories:

1.      Regular Admission (full time)

2.      Weekend programme

3.      Holiday programme

4.      Evening programme


Student Registration/Numbers

Each admitted student will get a registration number reflecting the year of admission, the programme admitted into, the admission number and the country of origin.
