Andrew Byona - Has served as the University Secretary since 2017. Andrew has been working with the UPU since 2007 in various capacities. He started as an Assistant Lecturer in 2007, was promoted to head the department of Information Technology in 2011. Andrew was later appointed as the Dean, Faculty of Journalism and Communication in 2014.
Andrew holds Master’s Degree in Arts and Bachelors of Information Technology from the UPU, he also has an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering, a Diploma in Information Systems and a Certificate in System Management from Aptech Worldwide.
