Carolyne Kisembo - Serves as Head of Admissions at the UPU with a responsibility of overseeing student enrollment procedures, marketing, student database management and reports.
Carolyne also doubles as a Lecturer, in the the Faculty of Social sciences since 2008 working first as an Assistant Lecturer, was promoted to Lecturer in 2016. She holds a Master’s by Research at the Uganda Pentecostal University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social sciences from Makerere University Kampala. .
