Joshua Julius Mugyenyi - Serves as Quality Assurance Manager at the UPU; ensuring programmes are of acceptable standards compared with other similar Institutions. He also ensures that the various University programmes and officials perform in accordance with the prescribed structures.
He is in charge of the monitoring and evaluation of University programmes and maintaining quality performance of programme and staff. He is a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Makerere University and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Makerere University Business School. He is currently in pursuit of a professional award as an accountant under the Certified Institute of Public Accountants.
