Mr. Noel Twinomujuni - Has served as the Academic Registrar of the UPU since 2014. Noel has also served in various capacities as Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer, Assistant Registrar and Deputy Academic Registrar.
In additional, Noel also conducts research supervises students in different fields at University level as well as other organizations as a private consultant. Noel holds a Master of Arts degree from the UPU and a Bachelor of Development studies (Hons) from Makerere University.
